A LITTLE CLARITY BEFORE YOU GO

Good questions.
Straight answers.

From your first text to picking up the keys, here’s what to know about renting with RideOn.

01

Getting started

Your dates, your needs, and a conversation with our team.

Can I rent a car if I haven’t been in an accident?

Yes. We offer private rentals for everyday needs, time between cars, longer stays, and visits to Las Vegas. You don’t need an insurance claim or a vehicle in the shop to contact us. Explore private rentals.

How do I get a quote?

Text (725) 777-4577 with your dates, the kind of vehicle you need, and whether you’ll pick it up or would like delivery. Mention if the rental is related to an accident. We’ll check availability and explain your quote. You can also call during our phone hours.

Does sending an inquiry reserve a car?

An inquiry starts the conversation. Our team checks availability, reviews your rental details, and guides you through the required documents, agreement, deposit, and any payment due. Your rental is confirmed directly by our team.

Can I rent for a week or a month?

Yes, ask us about a longer rental. We’ll check availability for your dates and explain the quote, payment schedule, and early-return terms before you decide.

What if I need more time or want to return early?

Contact us before your agreed return date if you need an extension. Extra days depend on availability and an updated rental arrangement. If you plan to return early, contact our team so we can explain how the terms of your rental apply. We’ll review early-return terms with you before booking.

Requirements & payments

Know what’s needed before your rental is confirmed.

How old do I need to be, and what documents do I need?

Drivers must be at least 21 and have a valid driver’s license. We review insurance coverage and confirm eligibility, required documents, the deposit, and rental terms before booking. Talk with our team before uploading documents.

How does the insurance review work?

Our team reviews your coverage and the requirements for your rental before confirming a vehicle. Tell us about your current coverage when you inquire. We’ll explain what documentation is needed and discuss your situation with you.

How much will my rental and deposit cost?

Text us for a quote based on your dates, vehicle needs, and availability. We’ll explain rental charges, taxes, and any applicable fees. Your deposit is confirmed after we review your rental details and coverage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, and Zelle. Card transaction fees apply and will be explained with your quote. For private rentals, the rental balance and deposit are due before you take the vehicle. Approved insurance or attorney-related arrangements are explained individually.

Where should I send my license and insurance documents?

Contact our team first. When we ask for your license and insurance documents, use our document upload page. Keep your initial text focused on dates and rental needs; we’ll guide you through the document step.

Accident & insurance rentals

The payment arrangement depends on your situation.

Will you bill the insurance company directly?

For qualifying rentals through participating repair shops, direct billing may be available after we confirm and approve the arrangement with the insurer. A deposit is still required. Other rentals are paid by the customer upfront, with reimbursement sought from the insurer when eligible. Learn about insurance rentals.

What is a participating repair shop?

It’s a repair shop that works with RideOn on rental coordination. Qualifying direct billing is available only through participating shops and after confirmation with the insurer. Text us your shop’s name, or ask about participating shops if you haven’t chosen one.

Can I rent if my shop doesn’t participate or insurance hasn’t approved payment?

Ask us about a customer-paid rental, subject to availability and our rental requirements. You pay RideOn upfront and can seek reimbursement from the insurer if eligible. We can’t promise that an insurer will reimburse your costs.

Do insurance rentals still require a deposit and coverage review?

Yes. A deposit is required, including for approved direct-billed rentals. Drivers must be at least 21 and have a valid driver’s license. We review coverage and confirm the documents, deposit, and rental terms before booking.

What if repairs take longer than expected?

Contact us before your agreed return date so we can review availability and an extension. If an insurer is paying, approval for additional days must also be confirmed. A repair delay does not automatically extend the rental or its approved payment arrangement.

Body shop & attorney referrals

A direct connection for your customer or client.

How can a body shop refer a customer?

Email Info@RideOn.Vegas with your shop name, your contact information, and when the customer needs a car. You can also call or text us. With the customer’s permission, share their name and phone number, or have them text RideOn directly and mention your shop. See body shop partnerships.

Can you help if an attorney is handling my case?

Tell us when you contact us, or have your attorney or case manager email Info@RideOn.Vegas. Calls and texts are also welcome. We can review lien-based rental options in qualifying attorney-handled cases, subject to documentation, availability, and approval. Having an attorney does not automatically qualify a rental. See attorney referrals.

Does a lien-based rental mean nothing is due upfront?

Not automatically. Our team reviews the request and explains the proposed payment timing, required documents, and terms before a rental is confirmed. Any required deposit or upfront charges are explained before the client commits.

Who handles the rental paperwork for a referred customer?

RideOn works directly with the customer on rental intake, license and insurance review, the agreement, and any required deposit or payment. We coordinate repair timing with the shop and any case-related documentation with the attorney’s office as appropriate.
