Representation is the starting point.
Having an attorney doesn’t automatically qualify a client. We review the rental request and required documentation with your office before confirming an arrangement.

A REVIEW, THEN A CLEAR ARRANGEMENT
When an attorney is handling a client’s injury case, we can review whether a lien-based rental arrangement may be available.
Discuss a rental with our teamHaving an attorney doesn’t automatically qualify a client. We review the rental request and required documentation with your office before confirming an arrangement.
We explain payment timing, any required deposit or upfront charges, and the documents needed. Each approved rental has its own confirmed terms.
KEEP THE FIRST STEP SIMPLE
Email your firm’s name and when your client needs a car. We’ll let you know what’s needed for the review.
Email us a referralStart with these basics. Our team will coordinate any additional case-related documentation directly with your office.
FROM REFERRAL TO RENTAL
Your office handles the case. RideOn handles the rental intake and coordinates with your firm as needed.
Share the rental need with the client’s permission. We connect with your office and the client to establish the next steps.
RideOn checks availability, reviews the required information, and confirms the proposed payment terms. Lien-based arrangements require review, documentation, and approval.
Our team guides the client through license and coverage review, the agreement, and any required deposit or payment. Then we confirm pickup or arranged delivery.
A LOCAL TEAM YOU CAN REACH
Your office can reach us directly about rental timing, documentation, or the client’s arrangement.
If a client needs additional days, contact us before the agreed return date. We’ll review availability and any change to the rental terms before confirming an extension.
ALREADY WORKING WITH AN ATTORNEY?
Tell us when you need a rental and which firm is handling your case. We’ll review your rental needs and coordinate with your attorney’s office as appropriate.
A lien-based rental is subject to review and approval. If you’re looking for an insurance or customer-paid rental, we can explain those options as well.

No. Attorney representation starts a possible review; it does not guarantee approval, a vehicle, or a particular payment arrangement. We confirm the rental details directly with the client and your office.
That depends on the approved arrangement. We explain any required deposit, upfront charges, and payment timing before the client commits. A lien-based inquiry does not automatically waive a deposit or other charges.
Email Info@RideOn.Vegas with your firm’s name, the attorney or case manager’s contact information, and when the client needs a rental. With the client’s permission, share their name and phone number. We’ll tell your office what additional information is needed for review.

Yes. The client can text or call us, mention that an attorney is handling their case, and provide the firm’s contact information. We’ll review the rental need and coordinate with the office as appropriate.
We can discuss a customer-paid rental or a qualifying insurance rental arrangement, subject to availability and our rental requirements. A lien-based referral does not guarantee another payment option.
Delivery can be arranged for a quoted fee, subject to availability and confirmed timing. Required paperwork and any deposit or balance due must be completed first. If more rental days are needed, contact us before the agreed return date so we can review availability and the updated arrangement.
